About the role
- You will work collaboratively with other team members, multidisciplinary personnel, and stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes, providing advice and administrative support.
- Develop, implement, and maintain adequate policies, processes, systems and internal controls to ensure effective governance and compliance with internal and external requirements
- Both temporary and permanent full-time opportunities are available, located in Brisbane CBD.

To be successful in the role you will need:
- high-level organizational skills, including an understanding of project management principles
- well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to identify and analyze problems, developing, and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility
- ability to achieve quality outcomes both autonomously and in the team environment, prioritizing workload demands to meet competing deadlines
- experience with IT platforms to manage project management and financial activity.

The Sustaining Capital Program administers the capital investment to maintain operations, including replacing and refurbishing those assets that depreciate year after year. This team also manages the equipment disposals across Queensland Health.
The Operational Readiness and Commissioning Team and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) team is dedicated to delivering personalized and tailored support services to 16 Hospital and Health Services within the Queensland Public Health System. We adopt a proactive approach to engage with stakeholders across the entire system, fostering positive partnerships to establish best practices, planning, and quality improvement frameworks and activities throughout the project lifecycle. This involves active participation in communities of practice, forums, workshops, and the sharing of up-to-date information on our Collaboration Site.
