These "Terms and Conditions of Use" are annexes to the "Public Framework License Agreement-Offer on granting rights to computer programs and databases" and "License Framework Agreement on granting rights to computer programs and databases" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreements") and are an integral part thereof.
  3. Registration and entry in the electronic catalogs of the Internet portal "Nachmed" is the evidence of unconditional acceptance of these Limited License Terms, the Agreement, as well as confirmation of consent to receive text messages (in the form of sms-messages and / or messages sent by e-mail) with the information necessary to add a particular ad, notifications of the introduction, rejection, change, moving the ad to the archive, etc.
  4. Registered users of the Internet portal "Nachmed", must comply with the laws of the Russian Federation.
  5. All visitors of the Internet portal "Nachmed" can copy its materials only with the permission of its administration.

Rules of service for applicants (doctors, administration, nursing and nursing staff)

  1. Each Job Seeker is entitled to have his or her data entered free of charge into the electronic directory of health care professionals under the symbol "Applicants". The subdirectory contains Administration, Doctors and other nursing staff. To create your own page you need to use the contents of the link "LOGIN / REGISTER“.
  2. The management of the Internet portal "Nachmed" is not responsible for the content of entries in the electronic catalog, as well as for the actions of Applicants, and is not involved in legal relations between persons who have concluded or may conclude an employment contract with each other
    (transaction) with the help of the Nachmed internet portal. The management of the latter makes efforts to exclude incorrect or deliberately incomplete information from vacancies, but all responsibility for posting such information rests with the persons who posted it. In view of the above, The applicant undertakes not to make direct claims to the administration of the Internet portal "Nachmed" on any actions of the employers registered here.
  3. In order to get the most profitable job faster, a job seeker can order the service "Page promotion". In this case, after payment for the service, the link to the Applicant's page will be placed in a separate block of the portal for 30 days.

Rules of service for employers

General recommendations

  1. Publish only existing and open vacanciesso as not to inadvertently mislead applicants' expectations.
  2. Write simply and intelligently, and format neatly: concise descriptions are easy to read and more credible to candidates.
  3. Do not advertise goods or services in the vacancies - there are other platforms for this or media advertising, which can be ordered on the Internet portal "Nachmed".

Employer registration rules

  1. You cannot register on the Nachmed internet portal more than once if one legal entity, one holding or one group of companies centralizes the recruitment of personnel.
  2. You may not call or send commercial solicitations or other offers to job seekers that are not related to recruiting and hiring.
  3. It is prohibited to save and accumulate resumes to use them for purposes other than recruitment and selection. For example, to sell contacts.
  4. Straight employers are required to disclose the salary schedule, type of employment, schedule and nature of work, anticipated duties, and location of work upon request by the Applicant or the Nachmed Online Portal Management. The employer must provide this information within one business day.
  5. It is forbidden to place vacancies for companies with unregistered legal entities and those whose activities violate the laws of the Russian Federation. The administration of the Internet portal "Nachmed" can request additional information about any registered Employer. The Employer is obliged to provide this information within one business day. In particular, any documents specified in item 12 of the Appendix to the Letter of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation dated October 16, 2015, No. 03- 02- 07/1/59422 may be requested. These include:
    • certificate of registration (or record sheet for legal entities and IEs registered after 01.01.2017);
    • constituent documents (charter);
    • license for betting activities;
    • a license to practice medicine;
    • scan of the original extract with indication of the declared activities (date, signature of the manager, stamp of your company on the copies of documents are mandatory);
    • trademark registration certificate or a document confirming the rights to use the trademark;
    • name according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or Unified State Register of Legal Entities with TIN and field of activity.
  1. Placement on the Internet portal "Nachmed" and the base of medical workers is not available to companies whose activities are related to:
    • stock trading;
    • network marketing;
    • cryptocurrency;
    • psychic services;
    • surrogacy;
    • writing thesis, PhD, research and other works of authorship
      transferring pension savings to NPFs;
    • gambling;
    • unconventional medicine;
    • Healing;
    • by religious sects;
    • by occult organizations.

Rules for posting vacancies

  1. It is prohibited to add non-existent and closed vacancies. Including vacancies that will be opened in the future.
  2. You may not post job openings to employers who charge money for employment.
  3. You may not publish inaccurate information or information that violates the laws of the Russian Federation.
  4. Recruitment agencies are not allowed to list information about or link to a direct employer.
  5. You may not post identical jobs with the same title, work schedule, and city of posting. To prevent similar jobs from being considered duplicates, their titles and job descriptions must be different.
  6. All fields in the form "Post a job" (in the English version of the site - Publish a job) must be filled in according to the title. For example, you cannot write a phone number in the "Position" field.
  7. Vacancies should be written without gross spelling and punctuation errors. If not, the moderator will edit the text.
  8. You cannot post text in place of a job opening that is not relevant to the employee search.
  9. It is forbidden to describe vacancies in veiled, general words. The applicant must read the job posting and understand the nature of the job and the employee's responsibilities.
  10. It is not allowed to specify discriminatory wishes for a future employee: by gender, age, race, appearance and other non-business qualities. This is prohibited by the law "On Employment of the Population in the Russian Federation".
  11. Advertising of websites, goods and services is prohibited in the text of vacancies. Even if the main place is occupied by the job description.
  12. It is prohibited to publish information that suggests the production and distribution of prohibited and adulterated goods.
  13. You may not mention other employee search services in your job posting.
  14. It is prohibited to post multiple positions of different profiles in one vacancy.
  15. Vacancies from which it is impossible to obtain meaningful information are unacceptable.
  16. You must not specify mutually exclusive conditions in the same vacancy. For example, select both the work schedule "remote work" and the employment type "rotational method" at the same time.
  17. It is prohibited to indicate a "telecommuting" work schedule when the job actually involves being present at the workplace.
  18. You may not specify a city for a vacancy that is not the same as the actual place of work. This is allowed if the type of employment is "remote work", "rotational method" or "relocation".
  19. You cannot intentionally list an inappropriate salary in a vacancy.
    For example, 2 rubles or 1111 rubles.
  20. Do not enter contact information in fields that are not intended for this purpose. Including in the text of the vacancy.
  21. It is forbidden to highlight the job text and job title with capslock and use HTML tags.
  22. The job title is a job title: capitalized noun in the nominative case. The plural form of the title is acceptable if it refers to one specialty ("bricklayers", "waiters"). Any other forms ("urgently", "required", "looking for") are not acceptable.
    In addition to the title, you are allowed to specify in the "Position" field:
    • the unit or department in which the employee will be working;
    • special salary specifications: daily/weekly payments, stipend;
    • specific details on work schedules (e.g., night shifts);
    • specification of narrow professional specialization (e.g. lawyer (tax law))

    • Availability of training or internships.
  1. In the job field, you cannot write about the nature of work, salary, form of employment, additional bonuses and other things.
  2. The job title should be appropriate to the content of the job.
  3. It is not allowed to write the job title in capslock, as well as to use abbreviations. For example, "chief accountant".
  4. The job description should be informative, structured, neatly laid out and easy to read.
  5. Text without paragraphs, spaces or dominated by spaces, capslock, ZABOR of letters, exclamation points, question marks, smileys or other symbols of letters is not acceptable.
  6. Responsibilities, requirements, terms and conditions - mandatory. Each of these blocks should be separated from the other by a heading and indentation.
  7. In the "Responsibilities" block, you are allowed to describe:
    • the product or service to be handled;
    • the tasks to be performed;
    • alleged area of responsibility.
  1. In the Requirements block, you are allowed to specify:
    • skills that the candidate must possess;
    • the work experience required for the position;
    • Ability to operate programs, tools, or equipment;
    • wishes for personal and business qualities of the candidate without any discrimination (for example: "we will give preference to sports fans");
    • level of education and availability of additional education.
  1. In the "Conditions" block, you can describe:
    • schedule and hours of operation;
    • salary level;
    • employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or fulfillment of obligations under a GPH contract;
    • availability of a social package;
    • additional benefits: meals, overalls, company transportation, compensation for fuel and lubricants, VHI and others;
    • place of employment.
  1. The information in the "Description" block (Responsibilities, requirements, conditions) must not contradict the information in the other fields. If the information contradicts, the moderator will consider the "Responsibilities, requirements, conditions" block as the main one and will edit other fields according to it.
  2. Job openings and resumes are the content of electronic catalog records.
  3. Each user, who is a direct employer, has the right of free (free of charge) use of Software complexes of the Internet portal "Nachmed" within the framework of initially free functions and tariff "Initial".
  4. Summaries are entered into electronic catalogs under a demonstration license only, stored in electronic catalogs indefinitely.
  5. The employer is obliged to independently carry out the closing of vacancies in the section "Vacancy management“.
  6. After the number of days specified in the rates, published vacancies are automatically moved to the archive.
  7. In the event of a lump sum payment for the right to make entries for a period of more than 60 days, the Employer may make an entry as a new vacancy or make an entry as a vacancy from the archives upon the expiration of each 60-day paid period and automatic placement of current entries in the archives.

Tariffs for employers

Trial tariff vacancies:

  • the possibility of activation from the moment the Employer receives an e-mail message from the administration of the Internet portal "Nachmed" about confirmation of registration (subject to confirmation);
  • number of entries made on a free of charge basis: not more than 1;
  • retention period of one record in the current (non-archival) electronic catalog: up to 10 days;
  • possibility to edit a single record: all fields, except for prohibited ones, can be
    redacted after adding;
  • possibility to update the record: none;
  • deleting a record is the use of the right to 1 record.

Vacancies of the tariff "Advanced":

  • number of entries made on a free basis: 0;
  • the number of entries made on a fee basis during the term;
    license provision: determined by the tariff plan;
  • license granting period: determined by the tariff plan;
  • expiry of the license is the termination of the right to use the database and to make entries and results in the deletion of all entries made;
  • possibility to edit a single record: all fields, except for prohibited ones, can be
    redacted after adding;
  • possibility to update the record: none;
  • deleting a record is the use of the right to 1 record.

Elite tariff vacancies:

  • number of entries made on a free basis: 0;
  • the number of entries made on a fee basis during the term;
    license provision: determined by the tariff plan;
  • license granting period: determined by the tariff plan;
  • the expiration of the license is a termination of the right;
  • the use of the database and the making of entries will result in the deletion of all
    of the entries that have been made;
  • possibility to edit a single record: all fields, except for prohibited ones, can be
    redacted after adding;
  • possibility to update records: once a day;
  • deleting a record is the use of the right to 1 record.

Sanctions for violation of rules

Depending on the extent of the violation, at the discretion of the administration of the Nachmed online portal, the Employer may be blocked and their job openings edited, rejected or deleted without refund or recalculation of fees.

Cash Flow Cycle

All payments for tariffs, promotion of profiles, advertising and any other actions related to finances are elements of voluntary donation of funds for the development of this project.

Refund Policy

You can issue a refund for a service purchased from us if:

  • the user has not violated the terms and conditions;
  • The management of the Internet portal "Nachmed" has partially or completely failed to comply with the terms of service;
  • the user has saved and can provide a receipt or screenshot of the moment of payment.
